Public Notice HCV Non-Elderly Disabled Waiting List Opening

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Housing Authority of the City of Titusville will accept 200 applications for the Section 8 Non-Elderly (Under 62) Disabled Persons for the Housing Choice Voucher Program Waiting List on Monday, June 30, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m. E.S.T.

Applications will only be available online at Titusville.housingmanager.com starting at 9:00 a.m. E.S.T. until 200 NED applications have been submitted. Any application that is not fully and accurately completed shall be disqualified.

NO TELEPHONE CALLS, FAXES, MAIL-INS, WALK-INS, E-MAILS OR HAND DELIVERED APPLICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. THE WEB BASED APPLICATION PROCESS WILL CLOSE ONCE 200 NON-ELDERLY DISABLED PERSONS APPLICATIONS ARE SUBMITTED ONLINE.

Family gross income must not exceed the very-low income limits, as shown below for the household size:
