The facility is a twelve-story high-rise overlooking the Indian River and boasts a beautifully renovated common area for activities and a first-class dining room. 

Titusville Towers offers many amenities designed to make residents comfortable, safe and happy, all while providing excellent, affordable care with the goal of offering a wonderful quality of life. 

We offer one-bedroom apartments in two different floorplans, full kitchens and bathrooms, all with incredible views.

Assisted Living services are delivered by certified staff and the program is licensed by the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Management. 

Resident is responsible for payment of phone and co-pay of medications.

Qualifications:

• Residents of Titusville Towers must be at least 62 years of age, eligible for public housing, and require assistance with daily needs.
• Minimum income of $854.00 or family can contribute. Should a resident's income fall below this amount, a family member may provide the
  necessary contribution to meet the required threshold.
• In addition to regular monthly income (SS, pensions, etc.), a resident who maintains additional assets would be classified as private-pay. The established rate for
  private-pay residents is $2,043 per month, plus 30% of their regular monthly income.
• If a resident's monthly income consists solely of Social Security, a pension, or comparable sources, and their total assets are below $2,500, Titusville Towers could
  initiate an inquiry regarding eligibility for financial assistance through the Medicaid Waiver Program.

Titusville Towers is a Public Housing Property, so your annual income cannot exceed 80% of the Area Median Income.

A deposit of $150.00 is required at the time of move in.
